Principal's Corner

Dear Blue Mountain Middle School Families,

I am filled with gratitude and pride to serve as principal of Blue Mountain Middle School. It is an honor to lead a school with such a proud tradition of academic excellence, strong community values, and dedicated educators. Our staff, students, and families are what make BMMS such a special place, and I am excited about the year ahead.

Our administrative team has been working hard to ensure that the 2025–2026 school year is filled with meaningful learning and growth for every student. From reviewing curriculum and instructional priorities to strengthening partnerships with staff and families, our commitment is to move forward with clarity, energy, and a shared vision for success. As we continue to progress through the year, our goals are always to listen, collaborate, and work together so that every student can reach their full potential.

I am especially proud of the dedication I see daily from our teachers and staff, who create safe, engaging, and challenging learning environments for our students. Their passion and commitment ensure that every child is given the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. It is this collective effort that makes BMMS such a vibrant learning community.

In addition, our school is committed to offering students a variety of opportunities beyond the classroom. From clubs and athletics to the arts and service learning, we encourage every student to explore their interests, discover their passions, and develop the confidence and leadership skills that will serve them well throughout their lives.

I deeply value the strong communication and partnership we share with our families. Together, we will ensure every student at Blue Mountain Middle School feels known, supported, and challenged to achieve their very best. Please stay connected, ask questions, and share your ideas as we continue building the next chapter of our school’s story.

Warm regards,

Dr. William X. Toro
